Support QHSE management by providing all appropriate resources to foster an organizational culture that promotes safety practices, encourages effective QHSE reporting and communication, and actively manages while focusing on the results of the organization’s other management systems.

Clearly define for all employees, managers and employees their responsibilities for the company’s safety performance and the
performance of the safety management system; Establish and operate hazard identification and risk management processes,
including hazard reporting systems, to eliminate or mitigate the risk of hazardous consequences resulting from our operations
or activities in order to achieve continuous improvement in our safety management; Comply with and exceed legislative and
regulatory requirements and standards as far as possible; Maintain sufficient skilled and trained human resources to
implement QHSE strategies and processes; Ensure that adequate and appropriate drilling QHSE information and training is
provided to all employees and that all employees are competent in safety matters and are only assigned tasks commensurate
with their skills.

As a service provider in the professional drilling field, we have a responsibility to continuously monitor and improve our drilling
operations to minimize our environmental impact and actively manage the environmental risks and impacts of our operations.
